The samples contained herein are licensed, not sold to you, the individual end user, by We Sound Human. This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who has purchased a lawfully made copy of this product from We Sound Human or a distributor authorized by We Sound Human. All samples remain the property of We Sound Human and are licensed only for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative musical work created by the licensed end user. This license expressly forbids resale, rental, loan, gift, or transfer of these samples in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivative musical work. The samples may not be included, whether unmodified or as part of a derivative work, in any sample library or virtual instrument product. The samples shall not be used, directly or indirectly, for the training, development, or enhancement of artificial intelligence systems or algorithms, including but not limited to machine learning models, neural networks, or any other artificial intelligence technology, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the explicit written consent of the We Sound Human. Any unauthorized use of the Licensed samples for artificial intelligence training purposes shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of the license, as well as any other legal remedies available to We Sound Human. If you use this product in the creation of a music library, or music intended to be included in a music library catalog, you cannot use the demonstration mix track files or recreate the demonstration mix track, you can only use the other files to create a derivative musical work. Some products do not contain any demonstration mix track files or demo files. All rights not expressly granted herein are exclusively reserved by We Sound Human.
Can I use We Sound Human products in the making of a music library?
Yes. Our sample packs and Kontakt engines are commonly in construction kit or song kit format. This means that we have created an entire song and presented you with the stems or individual tracks. The mix track or the demo track cannot be used for the creation of a music library and you can not recreate the mix track or demo track for the purpose of a music library. The stems or files, other than the mix track or demo track, can be used in the creation of library music.
Can I use We Sound Human products to create a loop library or a virtual instrument?
No. We Sound Human libraries or the elements of our libraries cannot be used to create other loop libraries or virtual instruments.
