Thank you for your purchase! This guide will help you choose the right formats and file types for your needs.

Step 1: Understand Your Options

Your purchase includes multiple formats and file types. You can download any combination that suits your workflow:

1. Multiformat Edition
   • Contains various file types for maximum compatibility
   • You don't need to download all file types - choose based on your DAW
2. DAW Packs
   • Optimized for specific DAWs like Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or FL Studio
   • Pre-populated with performances and content, pre-mixed for quick start
3. Kontakt Edition
   • For use with Native Instruments Kontakt (full version required)

Step 2: Choose Your Format(s) and File Types

Multiformat Edition File Types:

• WAV(Recommended for most users)
  • Works with all DAWs (Ableton, Cubase, FL Studio, Logic, Pro Tools, etc.)
  • If in doubt, choose this option
• Multitrack Drums(WAV format only)
  • Available only as 24bit/44.1kHz WAV files
  • Download this if you want individual drum tracks, regardless of your chosen format
• Apple Loops
  • Optimized for Logic and GarageBand
  • Contains metadata for Logic's Apple Loops Finder
• REX
  • Used only for Propellerhead's Reason

DAW Packs:

• Choose the pack for your specific DAW
• Contains pre-populated song kits with included performances
• Content adjusts to your DAW's tempo and key

Kontakt Edition:

• Choose if you use Native Instruments Kontakt

Step 3: Download Your Chosen Format(s) and File Types

1. Go to your download page or log-in to your account. 
2. Download the format(s) you need by clicking the download button next to each selected item.
3. Please note, if you're using the Safari Browser you might need to disable pop-ups, find out how.

Step 4: Install the Sample Library

For Multiformat Edition:

1. Unzip the downloaded file(s).
2. Move the folder(s) to your preferred location on your computer or external hard drive.
3. Open your DAW and you'll be able to drag and drop performances and content directly into your DAW.

For DAW Packs:

1. Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Move the folder to your preferred location on your computer or external hard drive.
3. Double-click the DAW session icons which will open the pre-populated song kits in your DAW.
4. Start creating immediately with pre-populated performances for each of the included song kits. Each song kit is arranged by instrument and song section and pre-mixed to give you a head start.

For Kontakt Edition:

1. Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Move the folder to your preferred location on your computer or external hard drive.
3. Open Kontakt.
4. Drag and drop the .nki files into Kontakt or use the "Files" tab to navigate to them.
