  • Exchange it for another library that better suits your needs, or
  • Issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase

Processing Time: 2-4 weeks for validated requests

Exclusions:

  • Products marked as "Not For Resale"
  • Items purchased through authorized resellers (please return to original retailer)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Confirm you've successfully used the product with your system
  3. Provide your reason for requesting a refund (helps us improve)

Note: Refunds will be processed for the full purchase price, subject to currency exchange rates and applicable bank fees at the time of refund.
